Generations Home WIP

I don’t usually post WIP updates here, but I just wanted to share with you a little preview of next generation’s house. The wooden beams are actually a fence from Into the Future, and the curved roofs were accomplished using the platform from showtime, CFE, and three pieces of A4 paper covered in sums. I haven’t decorated the inside yet, but all the exterior work is done, and I’ve taken like ten backups in case I accidentally make a hole in the roof!

Happy Simming 🙂

    • Thanks so much! I’m struggling with the interiors a little bit because I’m kind of in a ‘let’s make everything moody, mysterious, and heavily textured’ place with my decorating right now, and that’s obviously not right for this build, but I’m sure I’ll figure something out!

  1. What an incredible looking home – wow! really impressive. I can’t even begin to imagine the work you have put into this home. I’m looking forward to seeing the insides, when you get it finished. Totally amazing GC 🙂

    • Thank you! I love finding new uses for existing objects and techniques 🙂 Unfortunately I wasn’t that great at art in school, so I don’t think architecture was ever an option for me, but I do like learning about different styles and working out how to replicate some of their features in game.

  2. Wow, what a stunning house! The vision and attention to detail that you have is wonderful. Whenever the inspiration comes, I’ll sure the interiors will be just as gorgeous.
Staying in Bridgeport and maybe continuing to make-over the venues should provide you with plenty opportunity to scratch the ‘moody, mysterious, and heavily textured’ decorating itch too 🙂
