I have now closed the poll, and can announce that the winner is Joseph, with his soon-to-be girlfriend Dorothy.
Many thanks to everyone who helped me make this difficult decision! The results were close: of the 16 votes cast, 6 went to Jo, 5 to Ronen, 3 to Ira, and 2 to Elior.
I’ll need a bit of time to get everything ready for the next generation. I have some houses to finish off so that everyone has a place to live, and I’ll be adding at least one new family to the neighbourhood as well. Unfortunately, I’ve just reached a similar point in my Skills Legacy, so—after a Snordwich update I already have scheduled for this weekends—I might go quiet for a couple of weeks. Until then, you can find me in the comments!
Happy simming 🙂
Congratulations to the new torch-holder and pretty Dorothy!

Yay! I voted for Joseph and Dorothy. Dorothy is so pretty it’s a shame she didn’t get her mom’s powers, do grandchildren have a chance of occult or does it go away if not passed directly on?

Glad you think so! 🙂 She has quite interesting features I think. Skin tone aside, they’re mostly from her mum, whom I didn’t change very much from the pre-made version.
I don’t believe occults can skip a generation, and Carmella’s too old to have any more children now. I guess I could just choose to roll for occult grandchildren myself. Either way, I will be adding more witches to the neighbourhood at some point in the legacy, as it’s one of the life states I enjoy.
I’ve got so many plans for the legacy and the neighbourhood with which I’m keen to get on. I just need to wait for my neck to heal a bit more.
Thanks you for reading and commenting 🙂 Hopefully it won’t be too ridiculously long of a wait until I have things set up for the next part.
Happy simming! xx

She does, I think their child will have really pretty eyes. I look forward to seeing how the story unfolds, it’s nice that witches could still come into play later. I hope you heal quickly. (I’m not just for saying that selfish reasons, because I do really enjoy your stories.)
