This rustic log cabin, shown here at 41 North Falls Av. (Moonlight Falls), is full of spaces for your sims to socialize, relax, and work on their hobbies. It was designed with sports-lovers in mind, with a workout area, fishing bait garden, soccer goal, foosball table, and boat storage. However, on site you’ll also find an easel, outdoor chess table, guitar, games console, spacious kitchen, and shelves loaded with skill books. The house is currently set up with two double bedrooms, but could easily be modified to accommodate a family.
I really like your choices for walls and floors on this one. It just looks gorgeous.

Wow another beautiful build. π I love how light and airy this house is. The rec room looks like a really fun space, i don’t build those nearly enough. The vaulted ceilings are amazing, I’m still horrible with advanced roofing in sims 3. How did you pull off the bowl sink? that looks very stylish. A pedestal sink mooed into a table?

Thanks so much π There were no windows up there (apart from the stairwell one) so I thought an evening relaxation space would be best.
Yes, the bowl sink is MOOed–a standalone sink with an end table. You just have to test the routing when putting them together as sims are fussy. I used this sink: https://store.thesims3.com/productDetail.html?productId=OFB-SIM3:24606&scategoryId=11532
And this end table: https://store.thesims3.com/productDetail.html?productId=OFB-SIM3:24606&scategoryId=11532
It’s maybe not the best table to use, as it tapers back quite a bit, leaving the sink sitting further forward than it would in real life. Some of the other end tables are a bit better. I Imagine you could also use a dining table or shelf.
