Tidal Retreat

This compact home, shown at 436 Tidal Terrace, is currently set up for a couple, a child, an infant/toddler, and a dog. In the main house you’ll find a kitchen/diner, separate sitting room, double bedroom, small nursery, and two bathrooms. The garage has been converted into a series of small rooms, now featuring a painting area, small plant (for six plants), child’s bedroom, and further bathroom. The kitchen, pool area, living room patio, and small master bedroom balcony all command stunning ocean views.

Farmers’ Market

This seasonal country market, shown here at 432 Tidal Terrace, specialises in fresh fruit and veg, nectar, meat, fish, dairy, baked goods, tea and coffee. For sims who prefer to get their hands dirty, there’s also a pick-your-own area at the back of the lot. Everything is perfect quality.

The bakery, nectar, and coffee registers are functional. All other items you’ll find in the chests next to their respective stands. Simply open the chest and click on the stack of produce you want to add to your sim’s inventory. I would avoid using the ‘take all’ option, because some of the chests have a huge amount of stuff in them.

Safe Haven

This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom country home shown at  27 Old Fisherman’s Pass is ideal for a small family or a retired couple with a visiting grandchild. The main house features separate sitting and dining rooms, sunny kitchen, master bedroom, child’s bedroom (with crib and double bed), porch and patio. In the carriage house you’ll find a single-stall stable, and an upstairs study.
