I built this this row of little commercial units for 11 West Forbidden City, Shang Simla. From left to right, there is a little art shop a little art shop (with consignment register), a Sim Fu kwoon, and a restaurant (with table service).

Sea View Gym
A gym for the 40×40 at 1605 New Barnacle Blvd. Amenities include: exercise machines; Sim Fu equipment and sparring area; camping supplies shop; small herb garden (buzzburry for the athletic skill, greenleaf for weight loss, ginsing for energy); café; juice bar; crèche; and changing rooms.
After their workouts, sims might want to head next door to the The Saltbox Spa to relax.
South Shang Simla Park
My beautiful vistas research inspired me to build a couple of things for Shang Simla. Here is the first of them, a place for your sims to hone their martial arts skills, enjoy a relaxing steam bath, or grab a quiet drink.
Driftwood Corner
Any sims looking for some new artwork, a bottle of nectar to take home, or just to grab a coffee with friends, will find everything they need at 61 Driftwood Drive. The building consists of three self-contained units: a nectar shop; art shop (check the chests for paintings); and coffee shop. I’ve zoned it as a Java Hut, open 5am-1am, but you may wish to play around with different lot types.
The Saltbox
This seafront spa features à la carte dining, saunas, indoors and outdoor massage tables, massage chairs, and a small indoor swimming pool.
Banzai Lounge Remodel
This is my makeover of the Banzai Lounge. I was in two minds about whether or not to upload this, because the original lot has a floating tile issue (which I have done my best to fix, but may come back) and also a lot of wasted space. But if you’re playing in Bridgeport and dealing with those problems anyway, I figured I might as well offer you a version that at least looks a bit nicer inside.
Showtime Cafe
From 6am to midnight, sims can enjoy live entertainment, sweet treats, and sea views at the Showtime Cafe, 1609 New Barnacle Blvd.
Lemon Tree Gardens
This small park is a great place for children’s parties. There’s a buffet table, junior baking station, music, games, and more. Bring along a grownup to reach up into the rows of lemon trees, and you can even start a business selling fresh lemonade.
1700
As soon as the warm weather arrives, the residents of Barnacle Bay love to spend their evenings unwinding at 1700, a beach side pool club, shown at 1700 New Barnacle Blvd. There music, dancing, drinks, karaoke, a mechanical bull, waiter service, and more. Remember to bring your own lilo if you want to relax on the pool.
Bump!
Enjoy drinks, snacks, bowling, roller disco, and clothes shopping at this teen-orientated entertainment venue, shown at 1447 New Barnacle Blvd.
