Welcome to Maple Heights, a luxurious modern mansion, ideal for one or two singles or couples. The larger of the two double bedrooms connects to a walk in closet, en suite WC and shower, and bot building lab; the larger, to a gym, master bathroom, office, and sizable balcony. The house’s other facilities include a home cinema, small nursery, pool, further office, four car garage, and grand reception room.

University of Monte Vista Housing
I built this villa as student accommodation for Monte Vista. It has five bedrooms—one double, one single, and three twins—so enough to enough to house 8–9 sims.
New Barnacle Hall
An elegant, Dutch Colonial-style home, shown here 1720 New Barnacle Blvd. On the ground floor you’ll find formal sitting and dining rooms, a study, and a master suite. Upstairs are three further double bedrooms and two further bathrooms. The double garage and the space above have been part-converted into a single bedroom (no space for a double here), but could also function well as a skilling/workshop addition to the master suite, from which it is accessible by a covered gangway.
Green Dream
Originally a classic saltbox, this seaside home has expanded over the generations to a master bedroom with en suite, two further double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, 2.5 further bathrooms, a glass-walled garden study, and a backyard pool.
Goetsch-Winckler House
I based the exteriors of this two-bedroom Appaloosa Plains home on Frank Lloyd-Wright’s iconic 1940 Goetsch-Winckler House. I’ve fitted it out with all the mod-cons, and given the interiors a fun 1970s-inspired update.
Sea’s the Day
Shown at 47 Rock Pool Park, this eclectically decorated home features: open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas; a master bedroom with balcony, desk, and crib; a guest bedroom with en suite bathroom; a twin bedroom; a further (shared) bathroom; parking for two cars; a pumpkin patch; and a tiny weights room.
Casa de la Cumbra
This luxury Spanish Revival home features six double bedrooms, a large 3-crib nursery, 5.5 bathrooms, a pool, various indoor and outdoor areas for entertainment and relaxation, and parking for six cars. I built it for 604 Vista Blvd. in Starlight Shores, which is technically a corner lot, but if you want to place it somewhere else all you’ll have to do is erase a little bit of terrain painting at the side.
Legacy Ranch
A 5.5 bedroom house for 1006 Pomona Promenade in Appaloosa Plains, with exteriors inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright‘s iconic Bernard Schwartz house.
The house has been tested for seven sim weeks with up to nine sims, a unicorn, four cats, and four dogs. It is pet-friendly, and there is lots of space for a horse to run about. With the training grounds near by, I didn’t bother with any special racing or jumping equipment, though there is space to add some if you choose.
The downstairs features sitting and dining areas, a high-ceilinged kitchen, a patio for outdoor dining, two double bedrooms, and a small nursery with two cribs. Upstairs, you’ll find two further double bedrooms (each with their own balcony), a teen/children’s twin bedroom, and a reading room overlooking the kitchen.
Silvertone House
I built this home at 332 Silvertone Way in Bridgeport. For the basic structure to appear as intended you’ll need at least Into the Future for its fence (which I used for the wooden beams), and Lucky Palms, Late Night, and Pets for their columns.
The first floor is mostly open plan, and includes kitchen, sitting, and dining areas, and a large play area ideal for the daycare profession. There are also two WCs, two potty training rooms, a media room, and a narrow balcony. Upstairs you’ll find a twin bedroom, a double nursery, two double bedrooms, an en suite bathroom, two further bathrooms, and a second balcony. Downstairs in the basement is a room made up for a vampire. Outdoor features include a pool, sandpit, further dining space, and two parking spaces. There are two further parking spaces inside the garage.
The Ladybug
The Ladybug is a bright and playful three-bedroom home, shown here at 1675 New Barnacle Blvd. Downstairs you’ll find a sitting room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom (with en suite), nursery (with en suite), and WC. A guest bedroom and further bathroom are located on the second floor.
Thanks to my friend Ciane for the lovely name!
